Bluprint

Bluprint is a PropTech initiative developed to digitize the economic feasibility study process for real estate developments. The project emerged from the company’s need to transform its internal work method — traditionally managed through spreadsheets and manual analysis — into an intelligent, data-driven application.The goal was to streamline decision-making when evaluating land opportunities, integrating financial, municipal, and contextual data into one dynamic and interactive platform.

As the sole UX/UI Designer, I led the product design process end-to-end: from defining the information architecture and user flows to building the interface, visual system, and pitch materials.I collaborated directly with stakeholders — the company founders — and later with an external development team to align technical feasibility, AI integration, and MVP scope.I also participated in presentations to potential investors and key real estate professionals, gathering feedback that shaped the product’s direction.
